Miriam Kocurková – born Rochová
She was born 7.1.1963 in Vsetín, Czech Republic. During years 1978 – 1982 she graduated at High Technical School of Machine in Vsetín, because of political reason there was not possible for her to study an Artistic school during that time.
Two years after finishing of studies there was born her son Ondřej. After maternity holidays she has been working for many years in various technical sections.
From her childhood the painting was her hobby. Her father Oliver Roch, who was interested in an artistic work as well, was her very big supporter during that time.
Her family roots extend to the USA, where her uncle Paul Roch was acting. He graduated American Creative Academy in the USA and he became the author of national emblem of Ilinois. His gallery in Michigan financed education in Tanzania.
Miriam was keen on painting of miniatures at first, which had theme mostly landscapes and fictive worlds. In last five years she started with combinated technology, which is spontaneous gag and is still developing.
The technique is very exacting, laboured and it needs a big patience.
She intuitively creates poetically symbolic paintings of her inner world and her creation uses like a form of message of brainchild and her truth. She takes over regularity connecting spiritual and earthly word thorough her pain over her mind, feeling and thorough her hands.
Her creation connects feeling for color reconciliation and cultivation decorativeness and excellent plasticity of paintings.
Suitable preexposure exctracts from the picture the surface texture and tridimensionality, because of which the plasticity excels even more.
Authoress holds in her paintings sense for beauty, love, harmony and just the original technique gives them the charm. There is reached pushingness by the using of pearls and beads from pure glass, which always catches her watchers.
The paintings are keys for opening of locks to the higher degrees of our being. Inside there are colors, which are vibrating on higher frequency and by this way they help to set right power field of human being.
As well as the stones, which can give us energy and health, paintings can also appeal beneficially at right flow of energy and harmonize all the ways of energy in the body. That is why the authoress makes different shapes in her paintings, uses different materials and sensitively chooses right colors.

They open energy of heart, protects against coarse vibration from surroundings, they have relaxing influence, they innovate mental and physical condition. She presents her paintings at different exhibitions since 2004.
